What forms of payment do we accept?
PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Afterpay, and many more in the works. If you have any issue with paying, please contact us at support@kvltcosmetics.com
How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada.
Domestic orders are processed within 1-3 business days and transit time is approximately 3-7 business days if no delays from within the Canada Post network.
International orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Transit time varies.
Please contact the Canada Post directly with your tracking number to inquire about any shipping related issues/delays as we are not the postal carrier.
Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?
Due to Shopify's new Terms and Conditions, starting March 1st, 2020, all orders requesting to be cancelled before a shipping label has been generated will be subject to a 5% transaction fee of the total price of the order. Cancellation requests must be made within 24hrs of an order being placed or before a shipping label has been generated, whichever comes first. Any orders requested to be cancelled after a shipping label has been generated cannot be cancelled for any reason.
How do I return my purchase?
We are happy to accept all returns for a full refund to the same form of payment used within 14 days of purchase. Due to sanitary reasons, all merchandise must be returned in new in original packaging and in undamaged condition. If you would like to return an item, send us an email at support@kvltcosmetics.com.
Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.
My order was returned to sender because I supplied the wrong address. Can you reship it?
Incorrect addresses submitted cannot be reshipped/refunded.
*Please double check your shipping address before you submit all orders.*
My package was damaged while in-transit. Can you issue me a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for in-transit damage.
Once orders leave KVLT Cosmetics headquarters, they are under the responsibility of Canada Post, USPS or your country's postal service.
My package was lost or stolen from my address. Can you issue me a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Once orders leave KVLT Cosmetics headquarters, they are under the responsibility of Canada Post with official record being your Canada Post tracking information. All customers claiming loss or theft will be required to submit a claim directly with the Canada Post, USPS or your country's postal service and follow their instructions. If theft is suspected, it may be a more serious problem of an insecure shipping location.
